What we make

Every bear, quilt, and pillow is custom-made by hand from the clothing or blankets you send us. Because each piece is one-of-one, there will be small variations in size, stitching, and exact fabric placement. We do our best to follow any notes or requests you include, but we can't guarantee a particular piece of clothing will appear in a specific spot.

Typical turnaround is currently about 5–7 days from the day your clothing arrives at our studio. This can change with demand, and may run longer in busy seasons or if your order requires special materials. We'll let you know if we expect a meaningful delay.

Placing an order

By placing an order you confirm that the clothing you're sending us is yours to send, and that you have the right to have it cut and sewn into a keepsake.

Payment is collected at checkout through Stripe. Your order is considered placed when we receive the payment confirmation. We don't start making your keepsake until your clothing arrives.

The clothing you send us

Once you've placed an order, you'll receive shipping instructions. Pack the clothing securely and include your order code in the box. We'll email you the day it arrives.

We cut clothing to make your keepsake. By sending it to us, you understand and accept that the original garments will not be returned in their original form. Any unused fabric will be sent back with your finished keepsake unless you tell us otherwise.

We are not responsible for damage to packages in transit before they reach our studio. If you have items of high sentimental or monetary value, we recommend insuring your shipment.

Pricing & shipping

Prices are listed in US dollars. Shipping to us (the inbound label) and shipping back to you are calculated at checkout based on the options you choose. We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Use of photos

We may photograph finished keepsakes for our gallery and social media. We never identify customers by name, address, or anything else personal without your written permission. If you'd like to opt out, email us before we ship your order.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages (lost time, emotional distress, etc.).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms as our business changes. Orders placed before an update are governed by the terms in effect at the time of order.
